Steven Friend

Steven founded Amicustax in 2006. having previously been a partner in a City based accountancy firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduate of Imperial College business school He has extensive experience of providing accounting and business consultancy services to a wide range of clients, including many in the entertainment and media industries. Steven has also spent several years in commerce in the finance director role, and therefore has firsthand experience of the challenges facing small and medium sized companies.

Elizabeth Moss

Elizabeth is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. She has been advising clients on all aspects of taxation for over 10 years, and most recently worked in the London office of Top 10 accountancy firm Grant Thornton, where she specialised in advising clients in the property & construction industry. Elizabeth also has extensive experience of tax planning for family and owner managed businesses.

Jeffrey Baker

Jeffrey has over 40 years experience as a qualified chartered accountant specialising in SME's and high net worth individuals. Jeffrey worked for Moore Stephens prior to establishing his own private practice which he developed into the second largest sole practice in the UK before merging with Mazars in 1999. Jeffrey became the Corporate Finance partner in the south when he exited Mazars to develop his own Corporate Finance boutique. In 2004 he took up a part time position as local chairman of Clydesdale Bank plc in the Solent region until February 2011. Having met Steven Friend has returned to private practice to develop a unique accountancy and taxation focused business.
